धेरै पहिले, सेती नदी पहाडमा एक्लै थिइन्। उनी समुद्रलाई भेट्न चाहन्थिन्।
Long ago, the Seti River was alone in the mountains. She wanted to meet the ocean.
उनी आफ्नो यात्रामा निस्किन्। बाटोमा उनले तिर्खाएका जनावर र बोटबिरुवालाई पानी दिइन्।
She started her journey. On the way, she gave water to thirsty animals and plants.
सबैले उनलाई आशिष् दिए। खुशीले गर्दा, उनको पानी सेतो भयो र उनले गीत गाउन थालिन्।
Everyone blessed her. Due to joy, her water turned white and she started singing.
आज पनि, यदि तिमीले ध्यान दिएर सुन्यौ भने, सेती नदीले 'सररर' गरेर खुशीको गीत गाएको सुन्न सक्छौ।
Even today, if you listen carefully, you can hear the Seti River singing a happy song 'Sarara'.
