Birkha helps a lost tourist find the way to Pokhara despite not speaking English.
बर्खा गाउँको चौतारीमा बसिरहेको थियो। एउटा विदेशी मानिस आयो र नक्सा देखायो। ऊ अलमलिएको देखिन्थ्यो।
Birkha was sitting at the village resting place. A foreigner came and showed a map. He looked confused.
बर्खालाई अंग्रेजी आउँदैन थियो। तर उसले 'पोखरा' शब्द बुझ्यो।
Birkha did not know English. But he understood the word 'Pokhara'.
बर्खाले हँसिलो अनुहार लगाएर इशाराले बाटो देखायो। उसले पर्यटकलाई बस पार्कसम्म पुर्याइदियो।
With a smiling face, Birkha showed the way using gestures. He guided the tourist to the bus park.
पर्यटकले 'धन्यवाद' भन्यो। भाषा फरक भए पनि दयाको भाषा एउटै हुन्छ।
The tourist said 'Dhanyabad'. Even if languages are different, the language of kindness is the same.
Moral of "The Lost Tourist"
दया एउटा विश्वव्यापी भाषा हो।
