Introduction

गाउँमा ठूलो मेला लागेको थियो। सीता, उनको बुबा र आमासँग गइन्। त्यहाँ धेरै मानिसहरू थिए।

There was a big fair in the village. Sita went with her father and mother. There were many people.

सीता खेलौना हेर्दै थिइन्। जब उनी फर्किन्, उनका बुबा र आमा त्यहाँ थिएनन्। उनी डराइन्।

Sita was looking at toys. When she turned, her father and mother were not there. She was scared.

एउटा पसलेले उनलाई रुँदै गरेको देख्यो। उसले सीतालाई मिठाई दियो र माइकिङ गर्यो।

A shopkeeper saw her crying. He gave Sita sweets and made an announcement.

उनका बुबा र आमा दौडिएर आए। सीताले सधैं आमाबुबाको हात समात्ने वाचा गरिन्।

Her father and mother came running. Sita promised to always hold her parents' hands.
