बाघ आयो भन्ने केटो

A mischievous boy learns a hard lesson about lying.
काले एउटा बदमास केटो थियो जसले बाख्राहरू हेर्थ्यो। एक दिन, उसले रमाइलोको लागि करायो, 'बाघ! बाघ! गुहार!'
Kale was a naughty boy who looked after goats. One day, he shouted for fun, 'Tiger! Tiger! Help!'
गाउँलेहरू लठ्ठी लिएर उसलाई मद्दत गर्न दौडे। तर त्यहाँ कुनै बाघ थिएन। काले तिनीहरूलाई देखेर हाँस्यो।
The villagers ran with sticks to help him. But there was no tiger. Kale laughed at them.
उसले भोलिपल्ट फेरि यस्तै गर्यो। गाउँलेहरू रिसाए।
He did this again the next day. The villagers were angry.
तेस्रो दिन, साँच्चिकै बाघ आयो। काले करायो, तर कोही आएन। उसले आफ्ना बाख्राहरू गुमायो।
On the third day, a real tiger came. Kale shouted, but nobody came. He lost his goats.
